State Core Management is seeking an organized, responsive and professional Facilities Dispatcher to support our growing facility maintenance operations. The Dispatcher will coordinate incoming work orders, technicians, service schedules, emergency calls and client communication.
Responsibilities
- — Receive and monitor incoming service requests and work orders
- — Dispatch technicians based on trade, location, priority and availability
- — Coordinate scheduling and technician ETAs
- — Monitor active work orders from dispatch through completion
- — Communicate status updates to clients and technicians
- — Follow up on open and pending service calls
- — Escalate emergency and priority service requests
- — Maintain accurate work-order notes and documentation
- — Collect completion photos, technician notes and required paperwork
- — Assist the operations team with daily service coordination

State Core Management is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee field technicians, service quality, job execution and daily field operations. The Field Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Department to ensure service calls are completed safely, professionally, efficiently and according to company and client standards.
Responsibilities
- — Supervise and support field technicians
- — Monitor field performance and workmanship
- — Coordinate with dispatch and operations regarding active work orders
- — Assist technicians with complex field issues
- — Conduct site visits and quality-control inspections when necessary
- — Verify work has been completed according to scope
- — Ensure proper job documentation, photos and technician notes are submitted
- — Monitor safety and professional conduct in the field
- — Assist with technician scheduling and field coverage
- — Report field issues and service delays to the Operations Manager
- — Help maintain consistent service standards across client locations
Requirements
- — Previous commercial maintenance or facilities experience
- — Previous supervisory or field leadership experience preferred
- — Strong understanding of general facility maintenance operations
- — Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- — Excellent communication and leadership skills
- — Valid driver's license
